Discuss various housing options and needs. Receive support to navigate being unhoused and receive help and support filling out rental applications. (Ellie)

12:30-1:00 Creative Writing A constructive weekly workshop to support writing of all skill levels. (Crissy)

11:30-12:30 Men’s Group
Discussing Men’s issues, including mental and physical health

Friday

10:30-11:30 Anxiety & Depression 
For anyone experiencing anxiety and depression to share experiences and tools, and maybe learn some new ones, too! (Renée)

12:00 – 1:00 Diversity Identity Exploring our cultural and personal diversity (Crissy)

1:00-2:00 Sober Women’s Group
A space for sober and sober curious women to share their experiences of sobriety and journeys to sobriety (Alisha)

Saturday

10:00 – 12:00 Beading for Wellness 
Support each other on their journey, while producing beautiful jewelry together. (Judy)

1:00 – 2:45 Creative Expressions   
A group where folks come together to create art in a variety of mediums.  (Renée)

Peer Support Specialists are available Tuesday-Friday for pop-up groups or one-on-one support

Educational Training Classes

Peer Support Training
An 8-week class plus an internship that helps people develop the skills of Peer Support to not only help themselves, but to help others negotiate the ups and downs of mental health challenges that they encounter.

WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)
An 8-week course where you will learn tools to help prevent and decrease intrusive and troubling feelings and behavior. An evidence-based practice developed by Mary Ellen Copeland, which has had tremendous results.
