Discuss various housing options and needs. Receive support to navigate being unhoused and receive help and support filling out rental applications.

11:30-12:30 Rocks, Stones, and Crystals
We will look at the healing power of rocks, stones, and crystals.

12:30-1:30 Diagnosis with Dignity (Support Group)
A group for individuals who are struggling with the ups and downs of their mental health.

1:30-2:30 Women’s Circle (Support Group)
A fellowship of women joined in communication and connection.

Come get your sweat on in this fun, active, and entertaining class!

Experience the naturalness of grieving our losses in a setting of peers that allows completion of our grief.

1:30-2:30 Anger Management (Eight-week class)
Anger is a normal part of living. Learn eight simple steps to processing anger so that it works for you.


10:30-11:30 Anxiety & Depression 
(Support Group) For anyone experiencing anxiety and depression to share experiences and tools, and maybe learn some new ones, too!

11:30-12:30 Men’s Group (support group)
Discussing Men’s issues, including mental and physical health

1:00-2:30 Relations and Resiliency
Working through past challenges to a place of health and healing in all relationships: family, work, and personal.


12:00-1:00 Dancing Et Cetera
Fun and sometimes structured movement, to express and process our lives and energy. Improves our physical body, confidence and expands our mind.

1:00-2:45 Beading for Wellness 
A group where people come together to support each other on their journey, while reaping the benefits of producing something beautiful with their own hands.
Creative Expressions   
A group where folks come together with a common vision to create art together. 

Peer Support Specialist is available Tuesday-Friday for pop-up LGBTQ+ groups or one-on-one support

Peer Support Training
An 8-week class plus an internship that helps people develop the skills of Peer Support to not only help themselves, but to help others negotiate the ups and downs of mental health challenges that they encounter.

WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)
An 8-week course where you will learn tools to help prevent and decrease intrusive and troubling feelings and behavior. An evidence-based practice developed by Mary Ellen Copeland, which has had tremendous results.
